Adver LLC
Accessibility statement
We want everyone to be able to use adversimple.com, including people with disabilities. This page sets out the standard we work to, what we have done, what we know still needs work, and how to reach us if something gets in your way.
Our standard
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, the standard most widely used for website accessibility.
In September 2026 we reviewed and fixed our main pages: the home page, our booking pages and the booking confirmation page. We did the same for our client portal, which has its own section below. We are working through the rest of the site.
What we have done
On the pages we have reviewed:
- Everything can be used with a keyboard alone, keyboard focus is always visible, and each page starts with a “Skip to main content” link.
- Videos can be played, paused and unmuted from the keyboard. Our sales videos have captions built into the picture.
- Moving content stops within five seconds or has a pause button. If your device is set to reduce motion, animations are switched off and videos don’t play by themselves.
- Text meets WCAG color-contrast minimums, and pages adapt to small screens, zoom and larger text.
- Pages use headings, landmarks and labels so screen readers can move around them, and images carry text alternatives.
- We test with automated checks (axe-core) and by hand, including keyboard-only use.
Known limitations
- Booking calendar. Our call-booking calendar is provided by a third party (iClosed), so we can’t fix everything inside it. If it doesn’t work for you, email us and we’ll book your call for you.
- Videos. Videos play through Bunny Stream’s player. Where a video uses automatically generated captions they may contain mistakes; ask us for a transcript of any video.
- Documents. Our Privacy Policy and Client Services Agreement are PDF files. If you need either in another format, email us.
- Pages not yet reviewed. Some older landing pages, such as our free-resource sign-up pages, haven’t been through this review yet and may still have barriers. Email us and we’ll send you the resource directly.
Client portal
Our clients sign in to the client portal to follow their projects, review and approve content, manage their products and send referrals. We aim for the same standard there, WCAG 2.2 Level AA, and reviewed and fixed the portal in September 2026.
- Everything can be done with a keyboard alone, including signing in with two-factor authentication. Keyboard focus is always visible, and the dashboard starts with a “Skip to main content” link.
- Headings, landmarks and labels let screen readers move around it, and form errors, status messages and notifications are announced as they happen.
- You are warned before you are signed out for inactivity and can choose to stay signed in, and the two-factor sign-in step offers more time before it runs out.
- It works at up to 400% zoom and on small screens without scrolling sideways, with increased text spacing, in Windows contrast themes and with reduced motion.
- An automated test suite checks every screen of the portal, in light and dark themes and at desktop and phone sizes: axe-core, plus checks for keyboard use, visible focus, zoom, text spacing, contrast themes and time limits.
Some things shown in or linked from the portal come from elsewhere, and may not be fully accessible:
- Project notes are written by our team and shown as written. Older notes may not use headings, or may not describe their images.
- Playbooks are PDF files, and some may not work well with a screen reader.
- Services run by other companies: Google sign-in, the review pages where you comment on content (such as Frame.io and Shade), Slack, and the emails that verify your address or reset your password.
If any of these gets in your way, tell us using the details below and we’ll find another way.
Need help, or found a problem?
Email contact@adversimple.com. Tell us which page you were on and what got in the way. We aim to reply within two business days. In the client portal, the “Report a barrier” link in Settings opens an email to us.
We can book your call for you, send anything on this site in a format that works for you, or go through anything in the client portal with you on a call.
This statement was last reviewed in September 2026. We update it when we make significant changes to the site.
